Mechanical Design Engineer-Autopilot and Electronics Product Design

(Tesla) (Dec'22-Present)

• I Joined Tesla at the Berlin Gigafactory to experience working in a fast moving international environment

• Currently working on mechanical design, integration, and field failure resolution of low voltage electronic modules (Antenna, Passive Entry and Car Computer) across multiple Tesla vehicles (Model S/X/3/Y, Cybertruck and Semi Truck)

Engineer-chassis design

(Hero MotoCorp Ltd) (Sep'20-Nov'22)

• Executed design and development stages of the product lifecycle for sheetmetal & injection molded parts

• Generated assembly and part drawings of production frame, swingarm, handlebar, battery holder & other structural parts

• Developed chassis components for the 100cc platform (Splendor+ and HF deluxe motorcycles), pictures shown below are for illustrative purpose only

Intern-FEA

• Acoustics modelling: Developed FEA models for simulation of sound wave propagation using ABAQUS

• Simulated multiple wave-front shapes, reflection conditions and different ordered mesh elements to optimize the model

• Tested and verified the FEA model against analytical inputs
